‼️💥 Here’s a helpful tip for your stretching pose! Although yoga postures may seem simple, there are many details to focus on. Pay attention to the position of your feet. When your toes are flexed back evenly, it helps position your sacrum and pelvis correctly for a full stretch. Conversely, turning the toes in can negatively impact your sacrum, pelvis, and lumbar spine. Keep all five toes pointed back, allowing your ankles, knees, and thighs to turn inward to achieve this position.
