๐Ÿน Hereโ€™s a tip for your standing bow and dancer practice! If you want to increase the flexibility of your posture, I recommend working on your splits. Start by sitting on the floor with one leg straight in front of you and the other leg bent behind you, resting on your knee. Over time, you can stretch both sides of your legs into a full split. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ When you reach the split position, try to extend your arm toward the back leg while simultaneously stretching your other arm upward on the front leg side. This will help you recreate both poses while on the floor in the splits. ๐Ÿ˜Ž This is how I gained flexibility in this posture and maintained it for 20 years. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Let me know how it goes in the comments below!
