💡📐 Here’s a tip for yoga postures that begin in the warrior two stance. Many poses, such as the right angle triangle and extended side angle, start from this position. A common issue I notice is that the ribs tend to open up rather than remain closed and contracted, which is essential for keeping the spine straight. We can maintain this contraction by engaging the core a nd abdominal wall. When this area is released, the ribs flare out, leading to misalignments.
