🔥🧘🏽♂️ Here’s something we worked on in class today! The stretching pose, Paschimottanasana, is an excellent posture for the entire body but is often performed incorrectly by tucking the tailbone and rotating the pelvis. Instead, release the tailbone by rotating the pelvis back so that you have a straight-line extension from your tell through the spine to the crown of your head. Start noticing how you sit in this posture and in general. Try not to sit with a tailbone; make sure you’re on your sit bones.
