The second method can be done independently or against a wall with a little jump and kick-up. β˜€οΈπŸͺ· When practicing handstands, it’s essential to maintain upper body strength. I wouldn't recommend attempting a handstand immediately unless you have experience with other inversion poses or arm-balancing postures. You can start trying handstands once you understand how to engage your arms and core for balance.
