š Today's lesson is on the full cobra pose. š§š½ When practicing the cobra pose, remember to focus on your back and engage your hamstrings and leg flexors to lift your feet. Additionally, concentrate on using your leg flexors to press your pelvis down while opening your chest and shoulders to bring your head back.
