THE BACK ATTACK™ VS. THE GOOD MORNING //
Loading the hinge movement can be accomplished in a variety of ways. One of the most common movements is the Good Morning exercise. With this movement pattern, maximum load is felt at the bottom of the movement.
The Back Attack machine provides a platform for loaded hinge movements with the versatility to adjust independent plate loaded arms for variable load parameters.
SHOWN ABOVE juddlienhard is using The Back Attack in a position to provide the most resistance towards the top of the movement at hip extension. Same Hinge Pattern as the Good Morning, but working with the biomechanical advantage of Hip Extension 💪
