It’s so hard when the story unfolds differently than how you hoped. With a lil time to reflect, I am filled with excitement to KEEP showing up, write more chapters, and continue to make a special novel. At first, I felt overwhelmed with the sting of a similar plot twist to last year’s championship. 10 foot + PB’s are an incredible feat and so rare to have to compete against. As I turn the page with the start of a new day, my mind is only focused on how much beautiful growth has come in my life over the last year, and it feels soooooo good. Relative to 2023 Worlds, I’m proud of coming ready to fight, my series, and a “global championship PB”. My team and I aren’t going anywhere. In fact, we are doubling down. We have a vision for YEARS to come and we will continue to focus on the long game.
