Celebrity hair artist johnnovotny took the concept of wearable art to the next level in chappellroan’s new music video, “The Subway,” with a full hair jacket and skirt set (yes, it’s made entirely of HAIR). In collaboration with fashion designer Todd Thomas, the look came to life with 35 bundles of curly human hair, 3 lace closures and 2 wigs!
