A $120 million campus set to transform STEM and arts education broke ground Wednesday at the Tuscaloosa River Market, drawing community leaders to celebrate a new era for Alabama's youth. Governor Kay Ivey, Nick and Terry Saban, and Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox joined in a symbolic shovel-in-dirt ceremony, marking the start of construction for the Saban Center.
