Day 2 of the Breckenridge Art Show, booth
#21 …
Welcome to the latest chapter in the diaries of starving/striving artists.
Day 8 of art show life. Aspen was a bust, Beaver Creek wasn’t our crowd, and now we’ve landed in Breckenridge — which, thankfully, is at least showing some interest.
This is our third art show in a row, and still no sales of any originals. At this point, it’s becoming clear that we might’ve chosen the wrong shows for our style. We’re underdogs with nothing to lose — and that’s a powerful place to create from. We show up, give it our all, and we stay tight as a team — whether we’re winning or just getting our asses handed to us.
