Raevon here! It’s been an honor to spend some time this summer with more than 300 students from over 50 HBCUs participating in the Disney College Program HBCU Cohort Powered by @DisneyontheYard! I loved celebrating the start of these participants’ #DisneyCastLife journeys and sharing a little about my own as they connected with leaders and cast from across @Disney. We even had a surprise visit from Drum Major Mickey Mouse himself! 🥁🎶 As a Black man working for The Walt Disney Company, it warms my heart to see how #DisneyontheYard supports young Black storytellers from across the country by creating opportunities like this for HBCU students.
