As World Breastfeeding Week concludes, we celebrate all the caregivers, nurses, and donors who support healthy beginnings. Did you know that Dignity Health offers a free Breastfeeding Support Group to the families in our community and surrounding areas. This support group is led by a qualified lactation professional where moms can bring their babies for support with challenges they may be experiencing, simple questions, reassurance, weighted feeds and weight checks, or to connect with other mothers in similar situations. Between July 2024 and June 2025, we provided 376 points of contact, support, education and connections to nursing mothers through the Breastfeeding Support Group. The group meets on Thursdays in Chandler from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
