Heading to Thailand soon? Here’s something to add to your itinerary… 📍 Emerald Cave, on Koh Mook in the Trang islands. This looks a little creepy from the outside - but once you get through to the other side you find this beautiful beach! Now here’s the biggest tip for visiting this cave... You can come here on tours which leave all day from Koh Mook & neighbouring islands like Koh Kradan & Koh Ngai - but if you do that then you’ll arrive here with at least 20 other people. Sometimes you’ll be here with 50+ people. If you want to get it to yourself like we did, hire a boat for about €25 and come a few hours before sunset when it’s quieter. You can go to any local travel office and ask them for a private boat. You’ll be out of the cave by sunset, and you can watch it from your boat as you sail back home.
