Here’s a simple progression to sharpen your team’s lateral speed. Progression: 1️⃣ Shuffle + Stop (Clutch): Shuffle out, fight the band’s pull, and stick the stop. 2️⃣ Shuffle + Cut + Return: Shuffle out, plant, cut, and shuffle back. 3️⃣ Continuous Shuffles: Go back and forth—cut hard off each foot, no rest. 💡 Why it works: Band resistance forces you to stay low, load your hips, and maintain a strong base while moving laterally. This builds the stability and strength you need to cut faster and recover quicker on every change of direction.
