Week 2 of our Joffrey Akron Summer Intensive was filled with determination, progress, and artistry. Led by Artistic Director Colleen Barnes colleenbarnes10 and our incredible faculty, each day brought new opportunities for dancers to push their limits—refining technique, building stamina, and exploring a range of movement styles with precision and intent. The variety of classes kept dancers challenged and engaged, demanding adaptability and focus from the first warm-up to the final combination.⁠ ⁠ The studios were alive with energy as dancers worked to perfect the details, sharpen lines, strengthen turns, and add more dynamics to their movements.
