ICE is making changes to its hiring standards so the agency can have more manpower to reach President Donald Trump's goal of deporting one million immigrants a year.   The ICE budget rose by $75 billion over four years after President Donald Trump signed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act into law on July 4.
