It was fajita day at Meat Church HQ for our awesome staff today. Marinated inside skirt & chicken thighs from Super Garcia seasoned with Dia de la Fajita. We grilled it over live fire on our mill.scale fire table. We had a yeti full of ice cold Jarritos & Topo Chico to wash it all down. Tasty!!
