Scientists genetically re-engineer sharks to find medical cures. Trapped in the marine facility during a storm, Dr. Susan McCallister (Saffron Burrows), Carter Blake (Thomas Jane), and the Preacher (LL Cool J) are menaced by the now-human-like sharks.
