Welcome our new lead teacher to the studio @movewithgrace.pdx! Grace has been in fitness for over 6 years. She fell in love with the idea of teaching after taking her first pilates class and hasn’t looked back since. She prioritizes finding a movement practice that you enjoy and can remain curious about. Whether that’s strength training, pilates, running, etc. she believes that continuing to move your body in a way that brings you joy and satisfaction is the key to longevity. Outside of motivating people to do hard things, Grace enjoys running, yoga and rock climbing. Her classes will push you to be a stronger version of yourself while also allowing you the space to fail a few times before you get there.  Many of you already know her from her classes taught here over the years, and we’re so excited to see what she does moving into this role!
