“At first, I struggled with the decision to pursue a music degree. In my first year, I was prepared to switch to a Bachelor of Commerce degree, weighed down by external pressures that made music seem impractical. However, as time went on, I realized just how profoundly music has shaped my identity and transformed my university experience. Not only have I significantly improved my singing, but I’ve also been able to fully pursue my passion, which has made every aspect of my learning more meaningful. Through life-changing friendships and quality instruction from mentors I deeply admire, I now wholeheartedly advocate for others to pursue their passions—especially in the arts.”
