Creeper, Bloodstock Festival 2025 REVIEW: A few years back, a Creeper appearance at Bloodstock would have raised more than a few eyebrows. But now, with the amount of crimson that is glistening off their chins as they take to the Ronnie James Dio Stage, they couldn't be more at home. In completely embracing their 'Sanguivore' imagery and attitude, to the extent that they are delving even deeper into it with their upcoming sequel album, they have found yet another community to ensnare, and they are doing so with considerable gusto. It certainly helps when the songs you have under your spell continue to be this excellent. "Blood Magick (It's A Ritual)' shimmers with late 80s hedonism whilst the grisly storytelling of 'The Ballad Of Spook & Mercy' is devoured hungrily by the masses who have been drawn to the spectacle.
