We checked out one of the only Bánh Mì shops in NYC that makes their own fresh, authentic Vietnamese bread, and it was DELISH. @Bánh Mì Cô Út New York bakes their bread from scratch all day, everyday. The store’s manager, Kim, served us her favorite dishes: the number 1 (pork belly bánh mì) and the number 8 (braised pork bánh mì) and they paired so well with a side of fresh sugarcane juice.
