After graduating from Mason Gross, Serafina sought to master graal, a Swedish glassblowing technique involving intricate etching and layering. For 10 months, she immersed herself in the craft in the remote village of Boda Glasbruk, creating stunning works inspired by the Swedish landscape. Beyond the art, her experience was a true cultural exchange. Serafina connected with artists from around the world, building relationships that she says have helped her grow as a person and as an artist.
