It’s #WhyWISEWednesday, and we’re shining the spotlight on WISE Seattle's Mentorship Program, WISE Within! Our program is designed to Encourage, Empower, & Evolve the careers of its participants. 🤝 The 2025 cohort kicked off in May with a get-together at the newly opened Tom’s Watch Bar, where the group connected, mingled, and got to meet their mentors and mentees in person for the first time.
