I always heard about “pelvic floor issues”… but let’s just call this what it is: PEEING DURING EXERCISE. 
Sisters, we are too young, too hot, with too many great workouts ahead of us to pee while moving. I’ve spoken to so many women who stay away from high impact workouts completely because of this issue. 
And I get it. It sucks. It’s embarrassing. It’s uncomfortable. And NO ONE wants to talk about it. 
Listen, it’s normal. Certainly after having a baby, and as we age in general. But make no mistake, there are steps you can take, and should take, to reduce this crazy discomfort.

I started by finding a pelvic floor therapist that I trusted.  She put me through an array of pelvic floor exercises that I never would have done on my own, and then gave me daily homework that I continued with.
