t.j. alexander books are just fun. and queer. what more could you want? this is no exception, and i loved reading about mel, kade, and bebe, who might be my alter ego. she’s kind of fabulous and everything. the competition angle, the falling for your partner’s partner, the staunch denial of falling for both people? it all worked for me and i really enjoyed this one. the characters were super fun, and i found myself wanting to know everything about every person that appeared on the page, but especially kade. i need to know every thought they have ever had because they were my favorite. i also really loved reading about a polyamorous couple that really had to work for their relationship to be successful in such a believable, and (what i felt was) authentic way. this one releases on june 4th and is a super fun read!
