y’all ever just take a book to the park for a photoshoot? this book, though. never have i read a book that made me realize OTHER PEOPLE have the weird little thoughts that i have in my head. i fucking loved it. it hits that sweet spot between calling yourself out for being messy and depressy and celebrating letting go and being free as hell with your affections. quique is a character that will stay with me for a long time and i just adored him. all the characters are phenomenal, and i knew so many kids in high school EXACTLY like them. i adored saleem and fabiola SO much, too. i loved the way the multiple love interests were shown and it was just funny and sweet and a little heartbreaking, too. ALSO. this book made me scream out loud, and the 70% mark had me reading from behind my hand, oh my GOD. i love this one. 10/10, you’ll fall for quique while he’s finding himself.
