Title: The Therapeutic Efficacy of Recreational Paddle-Based Activity in Adults Aged 10-90: A Longitudinal Review of Pickleball Engagement Background: In a 12-year observational study conducted by the Department of Preventive Health at Harvard University, researchers investigated the correlation between frequent recreational social activity-specifically pickleball-and overall physiological and psychological well-being. Methods: A total of 3,012 adults were monitored for their activity levels, social health markers, cardiovascular performance, and general sense of joy.
