I recently shared this photo with some of my friends. This was me back in 7th grade at Donnell Middle School in Findlay, Ohio. What I didn't know was a few weeks after this photo, I would have an appendectomy (appendix) during Thanksgiving break. My season was over shortly after it started. I am living the dream of being around basketball at Wintrust Arena, capturing DePaul University Student-Athletes (DePaul Women's Hoops & DePaul Men's Basketball) and Chicago Sky as part of my job. Remember not to give up when challenges happen in your life. There are always other avenues that can direct you to your goals. #findlayohio #startedfromthebottomnowimhere
