During the winter break of 2023, over 80 students from more than 15 HBCUs came together to pay it forward to high school students across the Philadelphia area. The HBCU Tour started by the Atlanta University Center (AUC) Philly Club upholds the mission of educating high school students on the value of an HBCU education and experience. This year, the AUC Philly Club co-hosted the tour with the Philly Clubs of Howard University and Xavier University of Louisiana. The Tour has not only benefitted the high school students, but has also created a bond amongst the HBCU students that is sure to result in continued collaborations and connectivity amongst the schools, and certainly lasting friendships and networks.
