Air Max evolved
I remember seeing these around ComplexCon last year and was intrigued. Anytime there are tech advancements in footwear, I tend to geek out a bit.
In my classroom, we do some basic 3D modeling and printing, so the design and tech behind these instantly caught my attention. This is not just a new Air Max. It is Nike stepping into fully 3D printed territory for the first time, teaming up with Zellerfeld to make it happen. The Air Max 1000 takes everything from the OG 1987 release and reimagines it in a way that could not exist without that tech.
From ComplexCon to a super limited blue drop at Paris Fashion Week, these have already made noise. For me, it is less about the hype and more about what it means for the future.
This pair releases exclusively on SNKRS on August 19th
