Forensic science has always been at the forefront for Leading Senior Constable Teina Kambouridis.⁣ ⁣ At just 19, Teina moved from Greece to Australia and joined Victoria Police in 2010. Since then, her career has taken her through the CBR/DVI Unit (see the comments for what this stands for!), the Clandestine Laboratory Squad, and a stint as a detective, before stepping into her current Crime Scene Services role.⁣ ⁣ Crime Scene Services, as the name suggests, head out to crime scenes such as burglaries, thefts from motor vehicles and vehicle thefts where they record, photograph and collect crucial DNA and fingerprint evidence.
