They target your adductors (inner thighs) which is a muscle group most runners overlook.
Why it matters:
• Strong adductors = more hip stability with every stride
• Less hip drop = better running form + efficiency
• More stability = reduced risk of knee, hip, and groin injuries
Think of it as insurance for your miles… and yes, there are so many variations to make them easier or harder!! I can make a tutorial soon, but for now, definitely give them a try and see how your hips feel after a few weeks.
