Two-time Olympic gold medalist Mondo Duplantis broke his pole-vault world record yet again on Tuesday as he raised the bar to 6.29 meters at the Istvan Gyulai Memorial in Budapest. It is the 13th time the 25-year-old superstar has set the world record. The Swedish-American added one centimeter to the previous mark he hit two months ago. Duplantis revealed to CNN Sports earlier this year that he is confident he will reach the 6.30m (roughly 20.67 feet) mark in the near future. One would think not long to go now. . . . #mondoduplantis #polevault #worldrecord (📸ATTILA KISBENEDEK/AFP via Getty Images)
