The main topic will be “Game Situations Video Analysis”. Guest Instructor Bio: Robert Sibiga is a former Major League Soccer referee and is currently a PRO2 referee coach for the Professional Referee Organization (PRO). A native of Poland, Sibiga started out refereeing high school games in 2009, and soon moved into officiating for the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA). He moved quickly up the ladder and officiated the US Youth Soccer National Championships in 2010 and 2011. He worked the United Soccer League Championship final in 2012 and then the NCAA Division 3 Women’s Final Four in 2013, the same year he was named as the Eastern New York Referee of the Year.
