Being a football fan is hard. ☹️⁣ ⁣ In today’s "Personal Training Sesh" on episode #485 of "The GIST of It," co-hosts Ellen Hyslop and Steph Rotz answered a question from Kamara in Atlanta, Georgia about the push and pull of being an NFL fan. 🏈⁣ ⁣ The question comes in the wake of Friday night’s preseason matchup between the Lions and Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was suspended in the fourth quarter after Detroit safety Morice Norris was taken off the field in an ambulance. The team has since shared that Norris is in stable condition. ⁣ ⁣ Norris was injured while attempting to tackle Atlanta rookie Nathan Carter, making contact with his face mask to the running back’s midsection. His head snapped back after the hit, and he was transported to the hospital.⁣ ⁣ The following morning, Norris posted on Instagram: “I’m all good man. Don’t stress it.
