Asiyah’s Mental Health Series Presents: Understanding and Coping with Generational Trauma (Virtual + RSVP link in bio) ✨ in Naziat’s workshop, participants will leave understanding the signs and symptoms of generational trauma, as well as how to tackle it. Participants will learn about the burdens and emotional weight it has on individuals and generations of unspoken thoughts and feelings that come up. Using psychoeducation and an approach stemming from compassion, healing, and self-discovery, the presenter will focus on how to be aware, practice grounding, and move towards creating a safer environment for oneself.
