Every Free to Be event is built with intention and crafted to offer real joy, real resources, and real rest to Black women and femmes who are often expected to carry everything, for everyone. Like a cold ice cream sandwich handed to you on a summer day that says, you deserve this. 🍦 This summer, Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches helped us sweeten those moments out of pure kindness and support for a small community with big ambitions. They shipped us a special batch of their Limited-edition Mango Lemonade flavor, made with real fruit and brown sugar cookies all the way from their backyard in Richmond Virginia.
