6 months ago I hired my first trainer (yes, at 40!) and committed to showing up 5 days a week - 3 strength training sessions + 2 fasted cardio days. šŖ
No more jumping around like a maniac in classes that left me exhausted but without real results. Just me, heavy weights, and the simple goal of lifting a little heavier each time. ā”
