It’s a bright, warm, and beautiful
#EastEndSaturday, and the sun is shining above this ~1874 building at 19th and Strand. This historic structure has served many purposes over the years — from Produce and Liquors to a Wool Scouring Mill, a junk store, and Farmers Marine Copper Works. For 151 years, countless Galvestonians have passed through its doors. No matter how many businesses have come and gone, the building has remained a stalwart presence overlooking the Strand.
