A lil fun fact about me: my word is worth it’s weight in gold. I’ve always hated flaking, and that feeling of letting people down eats at me. It’s forced me to become much more cognizant of my commitments to people, and to myself. It keeps me accountable not only for my words but for my promises as well. Inconveniencing yourself used to be the norm for people you cared about. Picking them up from the airport, visiting them when they are under the weather.
