Chocolate Dipped Mango Frozen Yogurt Bars (makes 8)
1 1/2 cups full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup diced mango
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
10 oz dark chocolate
Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil
Line a loaf pan both ways with parchment paper.
