Two people were rescued from the Menomonee River after they were trapped in the fast-moving water. Officials say the two men entered the water to try to rescue a dog when they became stuck in the current. Bystanders say the younger man was swept downstream before being pulled from the water. Both men were pulled to safety and the dog, Lulu, was later rescued and reunited with her family. #wisconsin #midwest #rescue #river #drowning
