Think about shaving your legs and getting bumps or ingrowns - same idea. I know we all love that post-dermaplane smoothness, but if youβre dealing with acne or texture, itβs definitely something to reconsider. I break out EVERY time!
ππ½ββοΈ You should be doing more red light (at home, too). It boosts collagen, improves texture and tone, and reduces inflammation and redness - especially great after extractions. Iβve seen a huge difference in my skin from doing it daily while I meditate, and I always ask if a facial includes it!
