Training is a bit different now that I don’t play sports for a living. I don’t get hours a day to workout, run, recover, do whatever I want. I now get 45-60 mins to get in and get it done. Huge adjustment for me but this is the routine I’ve found that works best with my schedule.
Still prioritizing my compound lifts: squat bench deadlifts rows pull ups
Adding some accessory work in the areas I think I want to focus on.
M - squat bench press
W - deadlifts rows pull ups
F - mixed bag with some extra upper volume
