🦅Here’s a guide to the alignment cues for your Eagle pose practice. Remember, the Eagle pose acts like a natural chiropractic adjustment. Your goal is to bring the skeletal structure into neutral alignment and balance.
💡 Pay attention to the following:
- Make sure your shoulders and hips are aligned in the transverse plane.
- In the medial plane, your feet, knees, elbows, and hands should also be in line.
- From the side view, a plumb line should set through your ears, shoulders, hips, and heels.
