I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our anniversary than at one of our favorite hotels andazmaui and the Chef’s Table experience at kaanakitchenmaui! I was blown away by the 6 course tasting menu and wine pairings, but what was even more impressive was the way the menus are carefully curated to each person in the party based on their preferences, so it was like we were getting two different tastings which obviously meant sharing everything 🙂 The service and conversations we had with our Sommelier and the Chef de Cuisine made the evening that much better, all in their beautiful open kitchen where we watched the team create these beautiful dishes.
