Honestly, I can’t say enough about how amazing therapy is. I’d tag my therapist, but I don’t know if that’s weird or legal or anything else. So, I won’t. But I will tell you how amazing she is and how she makes me do the work. And that’s the part that is so important. She builds me up, making me know I’m a badass, but also holds me accountable when I’m stressing about the same shit over and over and over again.
