10.12.24 Penn State is one I’ll remember forever I imagine. A tough game followed by a tougher day, saying goodbye to my first dog 24 hours later. Regardless of how those days ended, we were all blessed with gorgeous weather and time well spent that weekend, whether it was an exciting game or one last car ride — each one closed with a bittersweet final act that carried real weight. Nearly a year later all I can think is how lucky am I that things such as my love for sports and my love for my pet could make me feel something so profound that I’m still feeling them months removed? Pretty cool I’d say. 8 days and counting #FightOn
